We meet for weekly yoga activities Saturdays & meeting once a month for yoga for the whole
family.

While the weather is nice we are having themed classes at the nature park, this way the kids
can have a more realistic experience while participating in that months theme. In the winter
and during rain days we will meet under the picnic shelter at Jack Russell Park in Atlantic
Beach with Yoga Instructor Dana Peacher.
3- 6 year olds
Imaginative fun with simple yoga poses with stories, songs, sign language and puppets that
exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility, dance, exploring musical
instruments and art projects.
