SO BIG YOGA CLASS
A fun class for Children 1-5 years with parent. These are 30-45 minute class
curriculum's with fun kids yoga poses of animals and objects.  Themed class
curriculum's include themed poses, movement activities with a story, prop ideas,
breathing exercise and some also include songs or rhymes. You can choose to
teach these classes as you wish. When teaching some themed classes you can
purchase a Home Booklet for each yogini in class so they can practice at home.

This manual section includes pictures and descriptions of a years worth  of
classes with Pre-made basic & 5 ten week session themed class formats,
information how to design your own class formats, information on how to make
your class child and parent friendly and safety precautions.

Instructor Certification for Teaching safe modified

For Home Study Certification:
You will have 4 weekly phone calls from your mentor to
go over instructor materials and answer any             
questions this is a 1 month program.

To complete your certification you must send in a         
VHS tape or a DVD of you demonstrating the  poses &
exercises and your certification test.

We will review it and your mentor will call you to go       
over any corrections that should be made.

We would suggest you get your Baby & Adult CPR certification, but it is not required..
Classes can be taught at the park, your home, neighborhood facility, a local church, fitness
center or a yoga studio.


Once you purchase your certification type we will email you and send you your certification
materials and information.
All instructors must purchase Parent Home kits for each little Yogi when teaching Themed
Curriculum's listed on the instructor page.


If you are attending a workshop full payment must be made 2 weeks in advance.

A 30 minute class for babies 6 weeks-12 months with baby yoga exercises. The
parent exercises the babies arms and legs while saying the name of the pose,
song or rhymes.
This manual section has pictures and descriptions of the Basic Baby Yoga
curriculum and themed Babies On The Go curriculum for crawling babies with  
information of ways to make your classes more adaptable to babies and parents,
how to organize classes, include props, build weekly curriculum with the basic
poses in addition to the 2 pre-made basic & 2 themed curriculum's, yoga safety
precautions and benefits.
You must purchase a home booklet for each yogini when you teach baby classes.

MOM & BABY YOGA/PILATES CLASS
A 45 minute class of adult yoga poses, upper body toning with exercise bands &
lower body mat exercises.

This manual section includes pictures and descriptions of the exercises used in
this class, class formats with information of building weekly curriculum,  
precautions, exercise evaluation forms.
Yoga Sign Instructor Certification

Teach Baby Sign Language and coordinating Yoga Poses, this class is for babies
6-36  months of age, classes are 45 minutes. Children must be crawling for the
Baby yoga Sign Curriculum. We teach by saying the sign, showing the sign and the
pose that goes with it. There are rhymes that can be included when in the pose.  
We offer curriculum's for Animals, Objects, Bath Signs and Poses for Toddlers. In
order for the parent to continue teaching the signs at home You must purchase a
Home Booklet for each Yogini in class.

Manual includes pictures of yoga poses and signs for a basic class & 4 themed
class curriculum's, benefits of yoga and sign language, class activities, business
tools and teaching methods.
Home study Certification: 4 Mentor phone conferences to go over materials and
questions and a listing on the website.  To complete you certification you must
send us a VHS Tape or DVD of you teaching a pretend class, we will review it and
